Simplified support system

We are always trying to improve our system to make your job easier, that's why we simplified our internal e-mail and support system.

Now, whenever you start a new communication within BAT, you will be asked what kind of support you need: BAT Support, General IT Support or Compliance Support provided from your Network.

This will help us sending the e-mail to the right team, so you get the most accurate response possible and even faster than before.

The only thing left for you to do after choosing what kind of support you need, would be to choose what team (for compliance support) or section (for BAT support) you need help with. This can be done with a simple selectable right above your message content.
